Japon Bıldırcınlarının (Coturnix coturnix Japonica) Karma Yemlerine Farklı Düzeylerde Biberiye (Rosmarinus officinalis L.) Esansiyel Yağ Katkısının Performans, Serum Ölçütleri ve Üreme Hormonları Üzerine Etkisi

چکیده
Bu çalışma, Japon bıldırcınlarının (Coturnix coturnix Japonica) karma yemlerine farklı seviyelerde biberiye esansiyel yağ ilavesinin performans parametreleri, bazı serum ölçütleri ile üreme hormonlarına olan etkisini saptamak için yürütülmüştür. Çalışmada hayvan materyali olarak 49 günlük yaşta 60 adet erkek bıldırcını kullanılmıştır. Deneme 4 muamele grubunda 5 tekerrürlü olarak, her bir kafeste 3 bulunan 20 alt grupta, hafta süreyle biri kontrol (0 mg/kg) ve 3’ü seviyede (100, 200 400 katkılı olmak üzere yem hazırlanmıştır. Araştırma sonunda bıldırcın canlı ağırlık kazancı (CAK) parametrelerinden glikoz üzerine etkisinin istatistiki önemli olduğu (P0.05).
